卵蛋白致敏新西兰家兔建立支气管哮喘模型

摘　　要：目的:观察新西兰家兔腹腔注射卵蛋白后静脉血、支气管肺泡灌洗液嗜酸粒细胞计数的表达以及家兔症状表现。方法:实验家兔分为两组,即空白对照组和模型组。模型组家兔腹腔注射10%卵蛋白(OVA),空白对照组家兔腹腔注射等剂量生理盐水,14天后模型组用1%OVA连续雾化7天诱发其哮喘发作,空白对照组则给予生理盐水雾化吸入。结果:模型组家兔出现明显腹肌抽搐、烦躁、二便失禁等症状;模型组家兔静脉血以及支气管肺泡灌洗液中的嗜酸粒细胞计数与空白对照组相比明显升高。结论:新西兰家兔腹腔注射卵蛋白成功建立支气管哮喘模型。Objective：To observing the number of acidophil in venous blood and bronchia alveolar fluid and the symptom of New Zealand rabbits after injecting ovalbumin.Methods：These rabbits are divided into controlled team and intervened team.The intervened team rabbits are injected with 10%OVA but the controlled team are injected with 95%NaCl.After 14 days,we cause the intervened team rabbits asthma with inhaling 1%OVA.The controlled team rabbits inhaling 95%NaCl.Results：The intervened team rabbits appearing the symptom of convulsion,dysthesia,urinary and fecal incontinence,etc.The number of acidophil in the intervened team rabbits＇venous blood and bronchia alveolar fluid more than the controlled team rabbits.Conclusion：We Simulate New Zealand Rabbits bronchial asthma model with injecting ovalbumin in celiac successfully.
