摘 要:研究了用D101型大孔树脂纯化茶皂素的工艺参数,当上样量为25mL、上样液浓度为30mg/mL、上样流速3mL/min时,吸附率达66.4%。用5倍树脂体积的85%乙醇洗脱,解吸率达83.6%,产品纯度92%。The study of optimal conditions of D101 macroporous resin was conducted for the purification of tea sapon. The optimal conditions for the purification of the macroporous resin were 30 mg/mL of tea saponin concentration of solution,3 mL/min of flow rate,25 mL of loaded amount,85% of ethanol concentration,5∶1 of the ratio of ethanol volume and bed volume. Under the conditions,the adsorption rate of tea saponin was 66.4%,the desorption rate of tea saponin was 83.6% and its purity reached 92%. The results showed that D101 macroporous resins was the suitable resin for purifying tea saponin.
