摘　　要：一种新型刨花干燥机采用导热油为供热介质，以高低温双热源向水平喷气式干燥机供热，可显著降低刨花干燥工段的热能消耗。由于气流的分选作用，刨花的终含水率更为均匀一致，干燥质量提高。此项干燥技术也可用于中密度纤维板的生产。In this paper, a new type dryer and its heat supply system for particleboard production were introduced. The dryer was designed based on the wood drying principle, combined with the thermal oil heating technology, which is high efficiency in energy saving. Two heating sources with different temperatures respectively supplied heat to horizontal jet dryer. Thus the heat energy consumption was reduced obviously. On the other hand, owing to the airflow selecting effect, the deviation of final moisture content of particles was small. High quality flakes can be obtained. This kind of dryer can also be applied to MDF production.
