摘　　要：首先从隐性知识的转化过程和共享模式两方面对国内外学者针对企业隐性知识转化与共享方面取得的研究成果进行梳理与分析。然后,从隐性知识转化的起点——隐性信息出发,提出相应的隐性知识转化过程。最后,从ERP、SCM、CRM系统的角度出发,提出三种隐性知识共享模式。At present, the study of enterprise tacit knowledge management almost focuses on the main body of tacit knowledge existed or the inter-level of enterprise. There are rarely the papers, which make an exploration from the perspective of ERP, SCM and CRM systems. The paper makes a review and an analysis of studying on conversion and sharing of tacit knowledge in enterprise between the domestic and the foreign scholars. From the origin of conversing tacit knowledge-tacit information, the paper proposes the conversion process of tacit knowledge. From the perspective of ERP, SCM and CRM systems, the paper puts forward three modes of tacit knowledge sharing in the end.
