摘  要:环氧树脂中的环氧基团在传统改性水性聚氨酯乳液中易开环,导致乳液不稳定,影响配方设计。选择低相对分子质量乳酸作为环氧树脂的起始剂参与开环反应,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚(N210)等为主要原料,合成了乳酸开环环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯乳液。探讨了乳酸开环环氧树脂的加入量和加入方式,对改性的水性聚氨酯进行表征和性能测试表明:乳酸成功打开环氧基团,乳液状态稳定,将其接入水性聚氨酯中可使胶膜的机械性能、耐水性、耐热性能得到提高。Epoxide group in epoxy resin may easily opened in traditional modified waterborne polyurethane, which lead to emulsion instability and affect the formulation design. Low molecular weight lactic acid was used as the starting agent involved in epoxy ring opening reaction, together with isophorone diisocyahate, polyether polyol (N210) as main materials, to synthesize the lactic acid opening epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane. The level and method of adding lactic acid opening epoxy resin were discussed. The characterization and performance tests of the modified waterborne polyurethane showed that lactic acid could open the epoxide group easily, which stabilized the emulsion. Its incorporation into the waterborne polyurethane can enhance the mechanical properties, water resistence and heat resistance of the films.
