手术室与普通病房女护士工作倦怠的比较研究

摘　　要：目的了解手术室女护士与普通病房女护士工作倦怠程度。方法采用一般情况调查表、马氏倦怠问卷对163名手术室女护士和150名普通病房女护士进行了调查。结果在情感枯竭(EE)方面,52.8%手术室女护士有中高度疲溃感,低于普通病房女护士(66.0%),差别有统计学意义(χ2=6.437,P=0.040);在去人格化(DP)方面,20.2%手术室女护士有中高度疲溃感,而48.0%的普通病房女护士有中高度疲溃感(χ2=27.477,P=0.000);有74.2%的手术室女护士有中高度个人成就感(PA)丧失,高于普通病房女护士(68.0%),但差别无统计学意义(χ2=2.443,P=0.295)。结论手术室女护士和普通病房女护士均有较高程度的工作倦怠,手术室女护士在情感枯竭(EE)和去人格化(DP)的疲溃感低于普通病房女护士,而个人成就感(PA)丧失的疲溃感与普通病房女护士无显著差异。【Objective】 To find out the level of job burnout between female nurses in operating room and in general wards.【Methods】 163 operating room nurses and 150 general ward nurses from the same hospital were investigated by filling out a general condition guestionaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory.【Results】 52.8% of operating room nurses got high or moderate scores in Emotional Exhaustion（EE）,which is significantly（χ2=6.437,P =0.040） lower than general ward nurses（66.0%）.In Depersonalization（DP）,20.2% of operating room nurses got high or moderate scores,which is also significantly（χ2=27.477,P =0.000） lower than general ward nurses（48.0%）.74.2% of operating room nurses got high or moderate scores in Personal Accomplishment（PA） while 68.0% of general ward nurses got it,but the difference has no statistical significance（χ2=2.443,P =0.295）.【Conclusion】 Female nurses in operating room and in general wards all have a considerable job burnout level.Compared with general ward nurses,the operating room nurses has a higher burnout level in EE and DP,but similar to them.in PA.
