全胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除31例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除的手术方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性总结分析该院2006年4月～2010年2月施行全腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除31例,对该术式的疗效、住院时间、并发症、适应证进行分析。结果 31例全部经胸腔镜成功完成手术。术后恢复良好,无围手术期并发症。结论全胸腔镜手术创伤小,安全有效,适合于多数纵隔肿瘤治疗,尤其是纵隔良性肿瘤的切除。【Objective】 To investigate the technique and clinical results in patient with mediastinal masses treated with video-assisted thoracoscopy surgery（VATS）.【Methods】 31 cases with mediastinal masses underwent VATS were summarized.And surgical results,length of stay,complications,indications of this surgery were analyzed.【Results】 The operation on the 31 cases were all successful.There were no complications.【Conclusions】 Excision of mediastinal masses with VATS can achieve satisfactory results,especially for benign tumor,wider application is advocated.
