提高高等中医院校实验诊断学教学质量的几点思考

摘　　要：实验诊断学是一门临床医学与基础医学的桥梁学科,是现代实验室科学技术与临床医学在更高层次上的结合,是一门发展迅速、多学科交叉的学科,是诊断学中迅速发展的重要组成部分。实验诊断学是高等中医院校医学生在校学习阶段必修的医学课程。当前在这门课程的教学目的、教材编写、课程设计、授课重点、联系实际、教研室建设、教师培养和教学评估体系建设等方面都还存在着一些值得探讨的问题,处理好这些问题,对提高高等中医院校实验诊断学教学质量,培养高素质的中医人才有重要的实际意义。Laboratory diagnostics is the interface between clinical medicine and base medicine,is a high-level combination of modern laboratory technique and clinical medicine. Laboratory diagnostics is a high-speed developing and crossed science,which is an impor- tant part of diagnostics.It is the compulsory course in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.There are still some prob- lems in educative purpose,teaching materials writing,course exercise,educational highlights,reality connecting,constroction of teaching and research section,teacher cultivating,construction of educational assessment system.lt would be beneficial to improve the teaching quality of laboratory diagnostics in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities and cultivate qualified personnel of traditional Chinese medicine if dealing with these problems properly.
