摘　　要：分析电厂1号机组突发的DCS故障。由于DCS系统的电源UPS发生故障,DCS计算机非正常停电重启,失去了大量的故障过程数据。通过收集各系统残存数据,对DCS部分原始数据解读,并结合设备现象,分析出DCS系统故障的总脉络,分析出过程中机组的重要工艺保护,分析出UPS故障后导致DCS系统故障的关键所在,并进一步提出了冗余电源切换装置的技术要求。This paper analyzed the sudden DCS failure in Unit 1,Baosteel Power Plant.Because the DCS system＇s power supply UPS failed,the DCS computer had to restart,and a huge amount of process data was missing.Through collecting the remnants of data from various systems,and combining some phenomenon of the unit,the author analyzed the main causes of the DCS failure.In this paper,the author stressed the protection of the key processes of the unit,pointed out the key of DCS failure caused by the UPS fault,and proposed some technical requirements for redundant power supply switch devices.
