摘　　要：目的分析女性恒牙牙合初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合畸形的颅颌特征,探讨Coben分析法特点。方法将24名女性恒牙牙合初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者X线头颅侧位定位片作为样本,用Coben分析法进行分析,所得数据与哈尔滨地区正常牙合人群女性恒牙牙合初期Coben分析法正常值进行t检验。结果女性恒牙牙合初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类Coben法分析中很多测量项目的结果存在统计学意义,且有些测量项目明显偏离正常值。结论 Coben分析法全面反映了女性恒牙牙合初期安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者的颅颌整体特征,是口腔正畸学基础研究的有效手段。Objective To analyze the features of skull and maxillofacial region in female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle classⅡdivision1,and approach characteristic of Coben analysis.Methods Take the lateral cephalograms of 24 female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle classⅡ division1 as samples,which were all studied by Coben analysis.The numerical data were taken into T test with data of Haerbin female permanent teeth at initial stage with normal occlusion which were studied by Coben analysis.Results Statistical significance could be seen in a lot of analytic results of female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle classⅡ division 1,and some data departured from normal value largely.Conclusions Coben analysis reflected the integral features of skull and maxillofacial region in the female permanent teeth at initial stage with Angle classⅡ division 1.Coben analysis could be seen as a available means in the elementary study of dental orthopaedics.
