乳腺癌钼靶X线显示钙化灶与ER、PR和c-erbB-2表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线钙化与ER、PR及c-erbB-2表达的相关性及其临床意义.方法：分析86例乳腺癌钼靶X线片,将其分为有钙化组（46例）和无钙化组（40例） 将切除的肿瘤标本行HE及免疫组织化学染色,检测并比较两组ER、PR和c-erbB-2的表达率.结果：乳腺癌钼靶X线有钙化组ER和PR的表达率均略高于无钙化组（56.5% vs 55.0%,45.6% vs 42.5% ）,但差异无统计学意义 （P＞0. 05） 有钙化组c-erbB-2表达率高于无钙化组（65.2% vs 40.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0. 05）.结论：乳腺癌钼靶X线钙化与ER、PR表达无相关性,但与c-erbB-2表达密切相关 钼靶X线钙化可以粗略反映c-erbB-2表达情况,可为乳腺癌治疗策略的制定和预测预后提供参考.Objective：To evaluate the correlation between mammographic calcifications , ER, PR and c-erbB-2 expression in breast cancer and explore its clinical significance. Methods ： Mammograms of 86 patients with breast cancer were analyzed, and immanobistochemical staining of excised tumor specimens was carried out by using monoclonal antibody against ER, PR and c-erbB-2 , to evaluate and compare the correlation of mammo- graphic calcifications with ER, PR and c-erbB-2 expression. Results：There was no significant correlation be- tween mammographic calcifications and ER, PR expression （P 〉 0.05 ） ;but there was a significant correlation between mammographic calcifications and c-erbB-2 expression （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Mammographic calci- fications are not correlated with ER and PR expression, but significantly correlated with c-erbB-2 expression and may offer reference for planning a therapeutic strategy and predicting prognosis of breast cancer.
