摘  要:提出在设计阶段进行永磁直线同步电动机动子振动预测的方法。利用有限元分析方法对电动机动子进行动力学计算,获得加速度频响函数;对电动机进行电磁力分析,建立电磁力、电流的关系;利用MATLAB对电动机进行瞬态运行仿真,获得瞬态电磁力;运用加速度频响函数得到动子瞬态加速度响应。仿真结果显示:瞬态比稳态振动更复杂。该方法为永磁直线同步电机的优化设计提供依据。PMLSM drives the feed table of an ultra-precision CNC machine tool directly,so the vibration of PMLSM's mover affects directly the precision of the machine tool.The method of vibration prediction in the design stage was constructed herein.Firstly,FEM was used to analyze the dynamics of the mover,and the transfer function of magnetic force and acceleration were obtained.Secondly,the connection of current and magnetic force was set up.Thirdly,the transient current was got by MATLAB while the PMLSM was running in transient.Then magnetic forces were calculated by interpolation using the relationship of current and magnetic force.Lastly,acceleration was calculated by the transfer function.It is helpful to vibration analysis and design optimization of PMLSM in the future work.
