摘  要:化工厂安全至关重要,进行安全培训是安全体系的重要组成部分,除传统的培训方式外,还可利用计算机网络技术实施培训。本文介绍了利用计算机网络技术开发的仿真系统的设计过程、实现方法以及技术细节。该系统利用AJAX、Web Service、VRML等技术构建了基于地理信息系统的厂区电子地图,并模拟了基于虚拟现实系统的工厂内部的虚拟场景,通过2个系统的结合并使其具有自由交互能力,提供了比单一技术更丰富更有效的培训方式。这种方式是网络化的,使培训更容易实施,也避免了实地培训的限制性和危险性;这种方式是自主学习式的,在计划的培训之外还可使用该系统自我培训。系统中的数据均取自工厂内部资料以及实地考察,保证了内容的真实性以及培训的可靠性。该系统目前成功应用在某化工企业职工安全培训中,取得了预期的效果。The security of chemical plant is very important, and security training is one of the most important parts of security system. In addition to traditional training method, there are methods using computer network technology. The design implementation and details of the simulation system developed by network technology are described. Using AJAX, Web Service and VRML, electronic map of the plant based on geographic information system is bruit and virtual scene of the plant based on virtual reality system is simulated. By integrating the two systems, free communication betweendanger or-on-the-spot training; it supports self-learning, so the self-training outside of plan is allowed by the system. Because the data in the system is obtained from internal documents and on-the-spot inspection, the authenticity of the content and the reliabi-litv of the training are guaranteed. The software is successfully used in the staff security education of a corporation of petrochemical, and achieves good results as expected.
