靳三针疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察靳三针疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)患者的治疗效果。方法:将60例患者随机分2组各30例,治疗组采用靳三针疗法结合康复训练治疗,对照组仅采用单纯康复训练。2组均治疗4周后统计疗效。结果:治疗前2组临床神经功能缺损程度(NDS)评分比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗14天、28天后NDS评分均明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗14天、28天后治疗组评分下降值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组显效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:靳三针疗法对脑卒中后SHS患者有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jin's three-needle manipulation in treating shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS) after stroke.Methods:Sixty SHS patients after stroke were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Jin's three-needle manipulation combined with rehabilitation training,and the control group were treated only with rehabilitation training.The therapeutic effect of two groups was evaluated after treatment for 4 weeks.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference of Neural Dysfunction Scale(NDS) score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for 14 and 28 days,NDS score decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.01 compared with that before treatment).The decrease of NDS score in treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group after treatment for 14 and 28 days(P<0.01).The markedly effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jin's three-needle manipulation has certain effect on patients with SHS after stroke.
