藿香正气软胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价藿香正气软胶囊治疗功能性消化不良(湿阻中焦证)的疗效。方法:采用随机、双盲双模拟、平行对照的试验方法,120例患者随机分成两组,试验组给药为藿香正气软胶囊+安慰剂,对照组为多潘立酮+安慰剂,疗程4周。结果:试验组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为78.33%,试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。藿香正气软胶囊治疗4周后症状评分,不透X线标志物测定胃排空和13C辛酸固体胃排空试验的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藿香正气软胶囊能有效地治疗功能性消化不良(湿阻中焦证)。Objective ：To evaluate the efficacy of huoxiang zhengqi capsules in patients with functional dyspepsi （syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao）. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients entered a double-blind randomized controlled study for four weeks. The patients were randomly devided into two treatment groups ,60 cases in each group. Experimental group received huoxiang zhengqi capsules and placebo, control group received domperidone and placebo. Results：Total effective rate was 91.67% in experimental group,78.33% in control group. Total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. At 4 weeks, treatment with huoxiang zhengqi capsules yielded significantly better the improvement of symptoms scores, radiopaque markers and ^13 C-octanoic acid breath test （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Huoxiang zhengqi capsules have a good clinical efficacy when administrated to the subjects of functional dyspepsia（ syndrome of accumulation of dampness in Middle-Jiao）.
