摘  要:为了分析比较玻璃钢定向管和金属定向管的性能,以某多管火箭武器定向管为研究对象,基于结构有限元方法建立了火箭武器的结构动力学模型,计算得到发射过程中的动力学响应。数值计算结果表明:两种定向管均满足强度要求,能正常发射,玻璃钢定向管的质量为金属定向管的23%,有利于武器系统的轻量化。玻璃钢定向管的刚度小于金属定向管的刚度,发射时方位和俯仰的摆动幅度大于金属定向管,应采取措施增强刚度。In order to analyze and compare GFRP direction pipe and metal direction pipe, the direction pipe of multiple launch rocket system was taken as the research object. Based on finite element method, the structural dynamical model of rocket system was established, dynamic response of launching process was obtained. The results of numerical calculation showed that two kinds of direction pipes both satisfied the requirement of strength and can launch normally. The quality of GFRP direction pipes is 23% of the metal one, which is beneficial to lightweight of weapon system. The stiffness of GFRP direction pipes is less than the metal one, and the swing range of the GFRP pipes is larger than the metal one, therefore, measures should be taken to enhance the stiffness.
