摘 要:针对汽车悬架弹性元件易产生振动的问题,为行驶的平顺性,以车用双筒式液压减振器的结构原理为基础,根据弯曲变形系数、常通节流孔面积和阀片预变形量,给出了减振器开阀速度点的数学解析式。采用开阀速度点和节流阀开度及流量与压力之间的关系,建立了减振器速度特性的分段数学模型。通过对数学模型施加一定的激励信号,对减振器特性进行仿真。仿真结果表明所建立的仿真模型是正确的,对减振器设计有一定的指导意义。Based on the structure principle of double-tube hydraulic damper and the relation of the deformation coefficient,the orifice area and the pre-deformation of throttle slice,the analytic formulas of valve opening velocity were given.According to the velocity points,the opening size of slice,the relation between the flux and pressure,the outer characteristic model of double-tube hydraulic damper was established by piecewise linear function.The outer characteristic was simulated by applying exciting signal.The simulation values coincide with test values,and the results show that the model of outer characteristic is correct,and it has certain guiding significance for double-tube hydraulic damper designs.
