摘　　要：近年来,由于个体及民众权益诉求的推动,英美家庭法经历了广泛而深刻的变化和发展,在形式上呈现出成文法数量剧增、国际化程度加强、公权力干预渐多的趋势,在理念上更加推崇实质正义、更加注重维护家庭稳定及保护儿童利益,这些变革在结婚制度、夫妻关系、亲子关系及离婚制度中都有诸多体现。英美家庭法的新发展与新思潮极具前瞻性和探索性,对于我国新时期的婚姻家庭立法和改革具有非常重要的启示意义。In recent years, family law has great and profound development in U. K. and U. S.. In form, many acts were put out, and a lot of international elements and powerful factors were mixed up. In the abstract, the legal profession are trying to safeguard the value of substantive justice, stable family and best interests of the child. These changes exist in the legal provisions and rules about contracting marriage, spousal relationship, parent -child relationship and divorce. The positive development and ideological trend of contemporary family law in U. K. and U.S. is very prospective and exploratory which would give us important en- lightenment in Chinese relevant legislation.
