摘 要:为了进一步了解拮抗细菌CE的抑菌作用机理,采用了膜透性试验、抑菌试验、电镜观察、孢子萌发和离体接种等方法进行了研究。结果显示,拮抗细菌CE抑菌物质能引起桃褐腐病菌菌丝细胞膜透性变化,导致电解质外渗和培养液电导率增加;致使菌丝和分生孢子形态异常,细胞内液泡增多,分生孢子不能萌发;并对桃褐腐病菌的侵染和病情的发展有明显的抑制和延缓的效果。同时通过温度、紫外线、酸碱度和蛋白酶等物理化学方法对抑菌物质进行了稳定性试验,结果表明,拮抗细菌CE的抑菌物质具有抑菌活性强、稳定性好的特点,具有较好的开发前景。To understand the antagonistic mechanism of the antagonistic substance from bacterium strain CE,membrane permeability test,electron microscopy observation,conidia germination,inoculation in vitro were adopted in this research.The results showed that the membrane permselectivity of M.fruticola was changed when treated with the antagonistic substance of CE,which showed as leakage of electrolytes and increase of conductivity.Hypha and conidia morphology of M.fruticola was abnormal with more vacuoles after treatment,and conidia could not germinate.Moreover,the antagonistic substance of CE inhibited the infection of peach fruit by M.fructicola in vitro and delayed the lesion expansion.Some physical and chemical treatments such as temperature,UV radiation and pH were used to measure the stability of the antagonistic substance.All the data indicated that the antagonistic substance of bacterium strain CE is exploitable for the characteristics of strong antifungal activity and high stability.
