摘 要:针对双示范刀记忆截割方法截割参数采样操作劳动强度大的特点,分析了采煤机的工作状态参数与煤层参数的相互关系,提出了单示范刀的记忆截割方法,构建出采煤机几何参数、运行位置、姿态参数和煤层参数与滚筒位置的数学关系,给出了单示范刀状态下工作面顶板的记忆截割数字化模型。经对采煤机截割轨迹的多循环数值模拟,结果与样本轨迹有很好的吻合度,可为采煤机单示范刀记忆截割的程控系统设计提供理论基础。Based on the memory cutting method with double demo knifes as well as the high labor intensity features of the cutting parameter sampling operation,the paper analyze the mutual relationship between the operation status parameters of the coal shearer and the seam parameters and provided the memory cutting method with a single demo knife.The mathematic relationships of the geometric parameters,operation position and attitude parameters of the coal shearer as well as the seam parameter and cutting drum location were established.The memory cutting digitalized model of the face roof under the single demo knife was provided.With the multi cycle digital simulation of the cutting traces for the coal shearer,there was a good fitting between the results and the sample traces,which could provide the theoretical basis for the programmed control system design of the single demo knife memory cutting for the coal shearer.
