热压板汽孔钻向问题的研究

摘　　要：讨论了热压板汽孔横向钻孔和纵向钻孔对热压板刚性和板面温差的影响，并提出了相应的解决办法。比较了两种不同钻孔方向的汽孔机械加工工艺性能。Effects of two different designs of steam ways, longitudinal and transversal, in hotpress platenson platen stiffness and temperature difference of platen are discussed, and solutions to corresponding problems are proposed. Machining performance is also compared between longitudinal and transversal steamways.
