茶多酚和茶皂素体外抗柔嫩艾美尔球虫的研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究茶皂素(TS)和茶多酚(TP)对未孢子化以及完全孢子化柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵囊的作用效果。首先进行茶皂素和茶多酚体外抑制未孢子化柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵囊试验,然后通过动物模型试验对各试验组肉鸡的存活率、相对增重率、病变值、卵囊值和抗球虫指数的观察和记录,研究茶皂素与茶多酚体外抑制已孢子化柔嫩艾美尔球虫卵囊试验效果。试验结果表明:茶皂素与茶多酚对球虫卵囊孢子化有着明显抑制作用,并且浓度越高,抑制效果越好,二者协同后效果最佳。The effects of tea saponin （TS）and tea polyphenol （TP）on the unsporulated and sporulated Eimeria tenella Coccidia Oocyts were studied. Firstly,the function of TS and TP on sporulated Coccidia Oocyts in vitro were investigated. Then based on the observation of survival rate,relative increasing weight rate,Lesion score Oocyst score,anticoccidial index（ACI）obtained from animal model was used to study the effect of TS and TP on sporulated Eimeria tenella Coccidia Oocyts.The results indicated that： the sporulated rate was significantly inhibited by TS and TP,the concentration was higher,the inhibiting function was better.There were good synergy effect between TS and TP.
