改良双吻合器技术在60例超低位直肠癌切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良双吻合器技术在超低位直肠癌手术治疗中的应用价值。方法对河南省肿瘤医院普外科自2007年3月—2010年3月采用改良双吻合器技术治疗的60例超低位直肠癌患者的临床资料进行分析。结果全组术中应用凯途闭合直肠残端并用25mm管状吻合器吻合直肠-乙状结肠过程均顺利。术后发生吻合口漏1例(1.7%),吻合口出血2例(3.3%),伤口感染3例(5%),吻合口狭窄1例(7%),无手术死亡。结论改良双吻合器技术应用在超低位直肠癌保肛术中是一种安全可靠的方法。Objective To explore the application value of modified double stapling technique in surgical treatment of super-low rectal carcinoma.Methods Clinical data on 60 patients underwent radical resection of rectal carcinoma using double stapling technique in general surgery of Henan Tumor Hospital during Mar,2007 to Mar,2010 were analyzed.Results Rectal stumps were closed using Contour and 25mm tubular staplers were used in the sigmoid rectal anastomosis,which were successfully completed.After operation anastomotic leakage occurred in 1 patient（1.7%）,2（3.3%） cases occurred anastomotic bleeding,3 cases（5%） suffered from incisional infection,1 patients（1.7%）with anastomotic stenosis occurred,but no death.Conclusions Modified double stapling technique is a safe and effective method in the anus-preserving super-low rectal carcinoma resection.
