摘  要:以微米级普通商业粉为原料,采用CO_2激光烧结技术获得可见光区透光率约60%、红外区透光率可达80%的Nd:Y_2O_3陶瓷。经1250℃预烧后的平均粉径约400 nm的原料粉素坯,在~292 W/cm^2的激光功率密度下烧结200~300s,可以得到气孔率低,透光度较好的透明陶瓷。采用X射线衍射,扫描电镜分析了陶瓷的物相和显微结构,探讨了激光烧结透明陶瓷的透光机理。激光烧结透明陶瓷过程短,可控性强,对透明陶瓷烧结技术地发展具有十分重要的意义。Nd:Y2O3 transparent ceramics with transparency of-60% in visible region and 80% in infrared region were prepared by laser sintering technique from micro-size raw material powder. The diameter of the powder after pre-sintering at 1250℃ is about 400 nm in average. Low residue pores, high transparent ceramics were prepared by the powder at laser power density of-292 W/cm2 and sintering time of 300s. By the analysis of XRD and SEM, the phase structure and microstructure were studied. Principle of transparent ceramics synthesized by laser sintering was discussed. This technique with short process, strong controllability has a great effect on preparation of transparent ceramics.
