斜视矫正手术对泪膜功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察斜视患者行斜视矫正术后泪膜功能的变化,分析斜视矫正术对患者泪膜功能的影响。方法对50例(91只眼)斜视患者行斜视矫正术,于术前1d、术后1周、2周、4周分别进行泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和角膜荧光素染色积分(FI)检查。并对其泪膜功能的变化进行分析。结果斜视矫正手术后不同时间与术前比较:术后1周时SIt较术前无明显变化(P>0.05),BUT较术前明显缩短(P<0.05),FI较术前明显增高(P<0.05);术后2周时SIt较术前无明显变化(P>0.05),BUT仍较术前缩短(P<0.05);术后4周时SIt、FI和BUT均恢复至术前水平(P>0.05)。结论斜视矫正手术后早期泪膜功能明显异常,主要为泪膜的稳定性异常。Objective To study the changes of function of the tear film after strabismus surgery and analyze its impacts.Methods Schirmer I test （SIt）, Break up time Of the tear film（BUT） and corneal fluorescence integral（FI）were performed at pre-operative day 1 and postoperative week 1, 2 and 4 in 91 eyes from 50 patients underwent strabismus surgery . Then the function changes of tear film were analyzed.Results 3 post-operative group data were compared with pre-operative data. There is a significant reduction of BUT （P0.05）, significant increase of FI（P0.05）,but no significant difference of SIt （P0.05） at post-operative week （1）No significant difference of SIt and FI （P0.05） but a significant decrease of BUT （P0.05） was present at post-operative week （2）At post-operative week 4,SIt,FI and BUT （P0.05） are recovered.Conclusion The function of tear film is abnormal in the early postoperative period after strabismus surgery, mainly with abnormal stability of tear film.
