摘　　要：变异链球菌对牙面的黏附,是形成牙菌斑的前提和致龋的重要条件。分子生物学技术的不断进步使针对变异链球菌黏附机制的研究进入了分子水平,旨在更好地诠释变异链球菌在致龋过程中的作用,为龋病的防治奠定基础。本文就黏附、变异链球菌表面成分与黏附的关系、影响变异链球菌黏附的环境因素、变异链球菌黏附研究的前景展望等作一综述。Streptococcus mutans（S.mutans） is one of the most important pathogens in dental caries.In recent years,the studies on the mechanism of S.mutans adhesion focused on the molecular and genetic level,laying the foundation for the further study of dental caries prevention and treatment.The paper mainly reviews mechanism of adhesion and associated regulating factors of S.mutans.
