摘　　要：城市化的快速发展使土地集约利用成为必然,实现城市土地集约利用是实现可持续发展的必然途径。文章在阐述低碳经济的理论以及城市土地集约利用内涵的基础上,结合目前中国城市土地集约利用现状和问题,通过对二者目标一致性分析以及对在城市土地利用中,低碳经济发展模式的必然性的分析,最后提出了基于低碳经济的中国城市土地集约利用实现途径。It is necessary for urban land to be used intensively with the rapid development of urbanization. Urban land intensive use is a necessary means of achieving sustainable development. To begin with, this paper elaborates the theory of low - carben economy and the connotation of intensive use of urban land. On this basis, on the current situation of urban land intensive use, the author analyzed the consistency of their targets and the inevitability of the development mode of low - carbon economy in urban land use. Finally the author brings forward the methods of achieving the intensive use of urban land that is based on low carben - economy.
