摘  要:设计了一套内置式滚流测量装置,并利用该装置对CA1102 发动机的4种缸盖进行了测量试验。试验结果表明:不同的缸盖产生的缸内滚流运动旋转矢量方向不同,这将影响到火花塞、喷油器位置方向的确定;斜气道较水平气道具有更强的产生缸内滚流运动的能力。In this paper,a tumble measuring device in which the paddle was laid in the model cylinder was designed,and the in cylinder tumble motion produced by four kinds of cylinder heads of CA1102 were measured.The results indicate that the directions of tumble vector produced by different intake system are different from one another,which is an important factor in the fixation of plugs and injectors.They also show that tumble motion produced by sloping ports is more intense than that produced by horizontal ports.
