乌昌地区马铃薯真菌性病害种类及5种新记录

摘　　要：【目的】初步调查新疆乌昌地区马铃薯真菌性病害的种类并鉴定病原种类,为病害防治奠定重要基础。【方法】通过形态特征及致病性测定,最终确定马铃薯真菌病害的种类。【结果】经鉴定共发现马铃薯真菌性病害有9种,即早疫病、晚疫病、枯萎病、干腐病、酸腐病、黄萎病、叶枯病、炭疽病和茎基腐病,其中后5种病害为新疆新记录。【结论】查清了马铃薯病害及病原种类,马铃薯早疫病、晚疫病和枯萎病在所调查区域都发生频率最高,且马铃薯黄萎病、叶枯病、炭疽病、茎基腐病和酸腐病等5种病害在新疆尚属新病害。[Objective]To investigate and define the kinds and the pathogens of fungus disease of potato in the area of Urumqi and Changji of Xinjiang.[Method]To identify the kinds of fungus disease of potato with the morphological and pathogenicity characteristics.[Result]9 kinds of fungus diseases were defined：potato early blight,potato late blight,wilt of potato,dry rot of potato,potato Oospora acid rot,Verticillium wilt of potato,potato Macrophomia blight,potato anthracnose,potato Rhizoctonia rot,.The last five kinds of diseases were new records in Xinjiang.[Conclusion]The fungus diseases and kinds of pathogen of potato were proved through investigation which laid the foundation of prevention and control of the diseases.
