摘　　要：对产业技术路线图制定中的技术情报活动进行了探讨,提出了包含了三大职能的技术情报概念,即情报管理、组织学习和决策支持。构建了由产业技术路线图制定流程、技术情报视角和技术情报职能这三个维度构成的技术情报体系模型,并对该体系的内部架构和运作过程进行了分析。该体系是一个技术信息和知识资源的集成管理系统,有助于识别技术发展的机遇和威胁,为产业技术路线图的制定提供所需的技术信息和决策支持,从而进一步完善产业技术路线图的方法论体系。After the technology intelligence activity in the process of industrial technology road-mapping is investigated, the concept of technology intelligence involving three important functions of intelligence management, organizational learning, and decision-making as- sistance is advanced. Then, a technology intelligence system comprised of three dimensions including industrial technology road-mapping process, technology intelligence perspective, and technology intelligence function is proposed, and the internal structure and operating process of this system are analyzed. The proposed system is an integrated management system of technology information and knowledge re- source, and it can identify opportunities and threats in the technology development, provide technology information and decision-making assistance needed in industrial technology road-mapping, thus reinforce the methodology of industrial technology road-mapping.
