摘　　要：首先追溯了企业资源基础观的理论渊源,剖析了资源基础观的演化历程,以新古典微观经济学和演化经济学的视角研究资源能力与竞争优势的关系,并建立了能力演化的三个维度:能力的深度、能力的广度和能力的生命周期,然后以云南白药为例研究印证能力演化动态模型,最后提炼案例研究的启示及未来研究资源基础观的建议。The paper looks back upon the origin of resource-based view of firms, analyses its evolutionary process. Form the standpoint of the neoclassical micro-economics and evolutionary economics, we study the process of transformation from resources and capabilities into competitive advantages. Then we build the three dimensions of capabilities evolution： the depth, breadth and the life cycle of capabilities, prove the capability dynamic evolution model through a case study of Yannan Baiyao. Finally, we make some advices about the future study of RBV.
