摘 要:目的探讨早期营养支持对食管癌、贲门癌患者术后营养状况的影响。方法本研究将90例食管癌、贲门癌术后患者随机分为对照组、EN(肠内营养)和PN(肠外营养)3组。检测各组患者术后血清蛋白等各项营养代谢指标。结果手术后14d,与EN(肠内营养)和PN(肠外营养)相比,对照组转铁蛋白显著性降低。与对照组相比,EN和PN组负氮平衡显著性改善,尤其EN组更为明显。结论术后早期营养支持可明显改善术后患者的营养状态。Objective To investigate the influence of early nutrition support on the nutritional status of patients with carcinoma of esophagus and gastric cardiac after operation.Methods 90 patients with carcinoma of esophagus and cardiac after operation were divided into control 、EN and PN group at random according to accepting early nutrition support or not and compared the nutrition index of different groups.Results Transferrin lowered significantly in contrast group after operation 14 days,compared to EN and PN group,especially to EN group.Negative nitrogen balance improved significantly in EN and PN group,compared to contrast group,especially to EN group.Conclusion Early nutrition support could improve the nutritional status of patients with carcinoma of esophagus and gastric cardiac after operation
