摘  要:目的优选复方银杏通脉胶囊内容物超微粉碎工艺。方法采用振动磨,以原粉末粒度,加入粉量,振动时间为考察因素,以7号筛过筛率为考察指标,采用正交试验进行超微粉碎工艺优选。结果复方银杏通脉胶囊内容物最佳超微粉碎工艺为原粉末,粒度为通过3号筛,加入粉量为500g,振动时间为50min;7号筛过筛率为100%。结论该方法简便,稳定,可用于复方银杏通脉胶囊内容物超微粉碎。Objective To optimize the technology of ultra-fine pulverization for the content of Co Yinxing Tongmai capsule. Methods By vibration mill technology,ultra-fine pulverization was optimized by orthogonal experiment using the rate of passing through a No. 7 sieve as index and the preliminary powder fineness, powder consumption and vibration time as factors. Results The optimal technology of ultra-fine pulverization was as follows: the preliminary powder fineness was passing through a No. 3 sieve; powder consumption was 500g; vibration time was 50 minutes. The rate of passing through a No. 7 sieve was 100% . Conclusion The technology of ultra-fine pulverization is simple, stable and can be used for the content of Co Yinxing Tongmai capsule.
