摘　　要：酒店实习是高校旅游管理专业教学计划的重要组成部分,是对学生进行专业思想教育和实践训练的重要环节.文章基于利益相关者视角,对学生、酒店、学校三方在酒店实习中的获益、冲突进行分析.在此基础上,提出相应的共赢对策.Hotel practice is the important component of the teaching plan of tourism management major in universities.It is an essential link to provide students with professional ideological education and practical training.The paper makes an analysis on the benefits and conflicts among students,hotels and universities from the perspective of stakeholder and accordingly proposes the win-win countermeasures.
