摘　　要：从物流总成本、响应速度、生产柔性、市场营销4个方面分析了大规模定制企业对物流提出的新要求,说明大规模定制企业采用高效的集成化物流的必要性。最后,还提出了大规模定制企业可采用的物流集成化运作模式。From the logistics total cost,the speed of response,the production flexibility and the marketing four aspects,this text discusses that the mass customization enterprise set the new request to the logistics and tells us that there is necessity to use the highly effective integrated logistics in the MC enterprise.Meanwhile.The paper puts forward a kind of the integrated logistics operation model in the MC enterprise based on TPL.
