摘　　要：尽快出台工资立法,是落实劳动立法规划、完善劳动立法的要求,是转变经济结构、促进持续发展的迫切需要。工资立法应对工资关系作出全方位调整,并对工资分配原则、工资集体协商和同工同酬作专门规定。We should put forward the legislation of wage as soon as possible. It is the demand of the work- ing legislation, economic changing, and promoting sustainable development. The legislation of wage should ad-just the relationship for the employers and employees, wage allocation, the collective bargaining system, and politics of the same wage for the same job.
