摘 要:通过兰新铁路第二双线路基试验段某工点戈壁土现场填筑试验,采用地基系数、静态变形模量、动态变形模量、孔隙率4种参数对路基质量进行检测,探讨戈壁土的物理特性、含水率、碾压机械、压实厚度等不同施工参数对压实效果的影响,提出合理碾压组合工艺。由力学检测指标间相关性分析表明各指标间具有一定的相关性,但相关性一般。由物理检测指标间相关性分析可知孔隙率检测标准有待减小。提出戈壁地区压实检测标准建议值,现场实测时建议以地基系数和孔隙率或压实系数为主,可有效保证填筑质量,加快施工进度。研究结果可为类似工程质量控制、检测提供参考。In the field Gobi soil filling tests in the subgrade test sections of the second double-line of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway,the coefficient of subgrade reaction,static deformation modulus,dynamic deformation modulus and porosity were used to detect subgrade quality.The effects of different construction parameters on compaction results are discussed,such as the soil physical property,water content,compaction machine,compaction thickness and so on.The reasonable combined compaction technique is proposed.Analysis on relativity of mechanical detection indices shows that there exists certain relativity among the indices and the relativity is common.Analysis on relativity of physical detection indices shows the porosity detection criteria remain to be decreased.The proposed subgrade compaction quality detection standards for the Gobi Desert are provided,in which the coefficient of subgrade reaction and the porosity or compaction factor are set as the main points in field detection.Thus,filling quality can be ensured effectively and construction progress can be accelerated.The study results provide reference for quality detection and control of similar projects.
