摘　　要：中国电影对好莱坞电影的接受大致经历了早期的趋同,"文革"后新时期从疏离到借鉴,再到新世纪以来的求异趋同三个历史阶段。在批判性视野下观照好莱坞影业有利于扬弃好莱坞电影,作为电影工业的好莱坞给中国电影的发展提供了诸多有益的启示。The acceptance history that Chinese Film studies from Hollywood through three periods, which contains the the early convergence,from separation to learn after the ＇Cultural Revolution＇, and then to the new convergence although keeps differences.Under the critical Perspective, the Hollywood film industry provides lot of useful lessons for developping Chinese film.
