摘  要:反应性抑郁症是由强烈的精神刺激(如突发事件、重大变故)或持久的精神紧张(如长期的学习、工作、生活压力)等应激因素导致。在表现出情志抑郁症状之前,面对应激因素理应有个思虑过度的过程,"思虑伤脾",中医病机上"脾伤"应先于"肝气郁滞","脾伤"是反应性抑郁症的根本病机,从脾论治才是治本之法。加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期极低热量饮食通过重建"脾主运化"功能,在反应性抑郁症防治上已经显示良好价值,为该病的防治提供了新的治疗思路。The term reactive depression is a category of clinical depression. It refers to an inappropriate state of depression that is precipitated by intense events in the person's life arising as a consequence of severe or lasting stimulation of psychic factors, for example the unexpected bad events, work or study stress. Before emerging symptoms of reactive depression, people often undergo the process of over-pondering, and the process would cause disharmony of Spleen before the occurrence of patter of constrained Liver Qi, which originates from the theory of Chinese medicine. Therefore, the initial mechanism of reactive depression is disharmony of Spleen, and a permanent cure should emphasize on reversing functions of Spleen. Modified Linggui Shugan decoction with short-term very low calorie diets could renew the function of Spleen on transportation and transformation. It showed favorable effect on reactive depression and provides an new way to prevent and treat reactive depression.
