摘  要:目的:对大戟科蝴蝶果属蝴蝶果的叶中脂溶性成分进行研究。方法:冷浸法提取蝴蝶果叶中的脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其化学成分。结果:分离得到24个化学成分,鉴定了其中的16个,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的59.9%。结论:蝴蝶果的叶子中脂溶性成分有萜类(17.19%)、脂肪酸酯(12.39%)、烷烃(8.79%)和烯烃(21.53%)。Objective:To analyze the fat-soluble components of leaves of Cleidiocarpon cavaleriei.Methods:The fat-soluble components were extracted by cold-soak extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components.Results: 24 compounds were extracted from leaves of C.cavaleriei,16 compounds were identified,amounting for 59.9 % of the total constituents.Conclusion: Fat soluble components from the leaves of C.cavaleriei include terpenoid(17.19%),aliphatic ester(12.39%),alkane(8.79%) and alkene(21.53%).
