摘　　要：技工教育在促进广州经济和社会发展中发挥了重要作用。由于金融危机和产业结构的调整,广州技工教育的发展出现了种种问题。以广州市7所技工院校为例,基于SWOT分析法,对广州市技工教育发展的内、外环境进行了分析,并提出了适合广州市技工教育发展的战略。Technicians education plays an important role in promoting economic and social development in Guangzhou, because of the financial crisis and the adjustment of industrial structure, the development of Guangzhou technical education appeared some shortcomings .Seven Technicians schools were researched as subject in this paper ,to analyze mechanic internal environment of advantage and weakness and the external environment of the existence and development of opportunity face threat of Guangzhou mechanic colleges of education by SWOT analysis, find out the problems and put forward development strategy .
