摘  要:目的:研究肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶Ⅱ(Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase Ⅱ,CPT Ⅱ)基因F352C多态性与日本高知地区非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)易感性的相关性。方法:提取日本高知地区45例肝活检证实的NASH患者和148例健康志愿者的外周静脉血,应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)进行检测分析。结果:NASH组中A等位基因的频率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);NASH组中A/-基因型的频率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:CPT Ⅱ基因F352C多态性与NASH发生发展有显著相关性。Objective:To investigate whether the carriers of F352C variant impaired in Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase Ⅱ(CPT Ⅱ)activity are more susceptible to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) in Japanese Kochi area.Methods:Blood samples of 45 patients with biopsy-proven NASH and 148 healthy volunteers were analyzed by PCR.Results:F352C variant allele of the CPT Ⅱ gene was significantly more frequent in NASH patients than in healthy volunteers(P〈0.01),and carriers of F352C variant were significantly more frequent in NASH patients than in healthy volunteers(P〈0.01).Conclusion:F352C variant of CPT Ⅱ could be a candidate molecule that determines the susceptibility to NASH.
