摘  要:冰醋酸和正内醇在磷钨酸镧的催化作用下,合成香料乙酸正内酯。考察了反应温度、冰醋酸与正丙醇的摩尔比、催化剂用量及反应时间对酯收率的影响。结果表明,用磷钨酸镧催化合成乙酸正丙酯的最佳工艺条件为反应温度为100℃,冰醋酸与正丙醇的摩尔比为1.2:1.0,催化剂的质量为2.5g,反应时间为2.5h。在最佳反应条件下,酯收率为78%。N-propyl acetate was a kind of synthetic perfume which was synthesized by N-propanol alcohol and glacial acetic acid with the catalysis of LaPW12O40. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of N-propanol alcohol to glacial acetic acid, the dosage of catalyst and reaction time on yield of N-propyl acetate were investigated. The optimum conditions of synthesizing propyl acetate were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 100℃, the molar ratio of N-propanol alcohol to glacial acetic acid 1.2:1.0, catalyst 2.5g and reaction time 2.5h. Under these optimum conditions, the yield of N-propyl acetate reached 78%.
