摘 要:目的:探讨准确、快速、即时监测空气中氨的浓度的实验方法。方法:标准气经过氮气稀释后,直接进入便携式红外光谱仪,首先对其进行全光谱扫描,确定其检测波长;后用选择的波长检测其浓度。现场对作业场所空气中氨浓度进行检测,同时使用吸收管采集空气中的氨,采用国家标准方法检测,比较两者的检测结果。结果:测量氨浓度的检出限和定量下限分别为0.076 mg/m3、0.379 mg/m3。便携式红外光谱仪对80.0、20.0、5.0、2.5、1.0、0.5 mg/m3的氨标准气检测,氨浓度在0.379~60.714 mg/m3范围内,准确度、精密度均符合要求。便携式红外光谱仪检测与标准方法相比,两者检测结果在82.0%~107.0%之间。结论:便携式红外光谱仪可以对一定浓度范围内的氨浓度进行准确检测。Objective: To Study the quick,accurate and immediate determination method for ammonia concentration in air with portable infrared spectrometer.Methods: The reference gas was diluted and entered into infrared spectrometer directly.Firstly,the full wavelength scan method was employed for making sure the determination wavelength.And then measure the ammonia concentration in air with the selected wavelength.Meanwhile the concentration of ammonia in air was measure applied nation standard method,and compare and analyze the results of two determination methods for studying the accuracy of the quick determination method.Results: The limit of determination and quantization were 0.076mg/m3 and 0.379 mg/m3 respectively.The quick determination method has a good accuracy and precision when the concentration of ammonia was between 0.379~60.714 mg/m3.The result of quick determination can reach 82.0%~107.0% compared to the standard method.Conclusion: The portable infrared spectrometer method can be applied to measure the concentration of ammonia in air.
