甘蓝型双低油菜细胞核显性雄性不育系黔油2AB的选育

摘　　要：黔油2AB是从全国双低名优品种——油研2 号中发现的可遗传不育突变体,采取田间选择与室内品质筛选有机结合的方法,通过连续优异不育株与可育株兄妹交保持选择,定向培育而成的甘蓝型双低细胞核显性雄性不育系,其芥酸含量低于1% ,硫苷含量低于30 μm ol/g,含油量高于40% ;其育性分明,不育性彻底,且不受环境影响;田间长势强,经济性状好,菌核病发生较轻,配合力好。具有较好的研究利用前景。Qianyou 2 AB originated from the mutant of Youyan 2, which is a famous variety with low erucic and glucsinolate content. In order to obtain this dominant nucleic male sterile line in B.napus the way of continuous selection of paired sib mating was used under the conduct of field and indoor quality selection. Qianyou 2 AB possesses many advantages, such as low erucic acid content (<1%),low glucosinolate content(<30 μmol/g), high oil content (>40%), distinct sterility which isn't effected by environment, good growth vigor, good economic characters, high combining ability and good resistance to stem rot. It has the brilliant future.
