2010年惠州市惠阳区部分旅店公共用品消毒状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解旅店业公共用品的卫生状况,为制订相关管理措施提供科学依据。[方法]2010年6~8月,对惠州市惠阳区具有代表性的高、中、低档旅店进行现场调查,采集旅客用公共用品进行消毒效果检测。[结果]调查60家旅店,大多数有消毒设施、卫生制度,但消毒能正常运转只占66.67%;检测各类旅客用公共用品400份,总合格率为93.00%。检测合格率,星级宾馆、普通宾馆、旅社招待所公共用品分别为97.14%、92.86%、88.33%（P〈0.01）;毛巾、床上卧具、茶具、浴缸、座便器、拖鞋分别为98.33%、97.78%、96.67%、97.50%、67.50%、65.00%。考核从业人员320名,消毒知识不合格的占28.44%,不合格者均为旅社、招待所从业人员。[结论]惠阳区旅店业旅客公共用品总体合格率较高,旅社、招待所存在较多的卫生问题。[Objective] To understand hygienic status of public goods in hotels,to provide scientific basis for making related management measures.[Methods]On-the-spot investigation was conducted in high-class,medium-class and low-class hotels in Huiyang district from June to August 2010.The effect of sterilization was tested for samples of public goods.[Results]Of the 60 hotels investigated,most of them had sterilization facilities and health systems,but only 66.67% of the facilities can operate normally.Of the 400 samples of public goods tested,the qualified rate was 93%.The qualified rate of public goods collected from star-class hotels,general hotels and guest houses was 97.14%,92.86% and 88.33% respectively（P0.01）.The qualified rate of towels,bedding,tea cups,bath,sitting WC pans,slippers was 98.33%,97.78%,96.67%,97.50%,67.50% and 65.00% respectively.Questionnaire was conducted for 320 employees,the score of knowledge concerning sterilization which was no up to standard accounted for 28.44%,all of whom were employees from general hotels and guest houses.[Conclusion]The qualified rate of public goods in hotels of Huiyang district was high,there were some problems in general hotels and guest houses.
