摘　　要：近年来,网络通信技术的飞速发展和数字信息资源数量的急剧增长给高校图书馆带来了强烈的冲击和挑战。在此情况下,高校图书馆在功能和管理上凸显出许多弊病和问题,人本管理、信息资源管理、现代化管理、服务理念等几个方面是高校图书馆在转型过程中需要特别注意的主要工作,在此转型期,高校图书馆应该解决信息资源与教学和科研之间的关系,充分发挥馆藏与流通以及网络信息资源的作用,扩展延伸和转化其服务理念。Disadvantages and problems concerning function and management emerged in the transformation period of college library. Human-oriented management, information resource management, modernization management, and service conception are required in the reform. Library in the transformation period should solve the contradiction between information resource and teaching and research, fully play the role of book collection and internet information.
