提高医学生在临床儿内科实习的适应性

摘　　要：医学是一门实践性很强的学科．要求在临床实践中。通过临床工作中的病例分析、检查病人、技术操作等实际能力作为教学的目的。儿科又称为”哑科”和～J、内科”，病种多且杂，患儿不能直接表达疾病程度等客观情况，使许多实习医师难以适应。因此，如何培养和提高提高医学生在临床儿科实习中适应性与积极性，成为具有扎实的专业知识，较强的临床综合能力，具备高度认真工作态度的儿科医疗卫生事业人才，是儿科医学教育承担的主要任务之一。作者对当前医学生在临床儿科实习中普遍存在的问题及对策进行了总结分析。Medical education is a discipline of high practical nature,which means the major teaching purposes are to improve the actual capabilities in clinical practice, such as clinical case analysis, examination of patients and technical operation.Therefore ,producing medical and health personnel with solid professional knowledge, strong comprehensive clinical capabilities and conscientious attitude are the main tasks entrusted to medieal education of pediatrics.We summarize the prevalent problems in clinical teaching and analyze countermeasures.
