藏族锅庄舞在阳光体育运动中的推广价值

摘　　要：介绍了藏族锅庄舞的历史文化意义和形式,讨论了它的艺术特色和价值。认为藏族锅庄舞是一种自娱性极强的集体舞蹈,具有广泛的普适性、健身性、教育性和竞技性价值;将藏族锅庄舞引入阳光体育运动之中,既能充分发挥其强身健体、丰富校园文化生活和传承民族体育文化的作用,又能培养学生的审美能力和艺术情趣,对促进民族团结与文化交流,增强民族凝聚力都具有重要的现实意义和价值。Historical cultural signification and forms of Tibetan dance Guozhuang have been introduced,which art features and values were discussed also.Guozhuang,as a Tibetan collective dance with high degree of self-recreation,has many physical educational features,that is widely fitness for most persons,keeping fitness,educational features,and used for competition in physical educational.Introduction of Tibetan dance Guozhuang to the Sunshine Sports Program,will have important signification and values.Guozhuang dance will not only have its physical practicing functions,richen cultural lives in campus,but also inherit national culture of physical education,cultivate students＇ aesthetic aptitude and art interests,as well as used for promoting the inter-national unity and the cultural exchange,strengthening the cohesion of different nations.
