摘 要:利用1980~2008年辽宁省雷达资料,分析了辽宁不稳定天气的年变化和日变化规律,统计出辽宁不稳定天气的雷达判别指标。结果表明,辽宁的不稳定天气具有明显的年变化和日变化;一年中不稳定天气出现最多的月份是6月份;一天中出现最多的时段是在11:00~20:00,因此在这个季节和这一时段进行飞机人工增雨作业时应特别注意不稳定天气的出现。用雷达判别不稳定天气是当前最好的选择。一般在强度〉35 dBz的回波部位、中气旋、辐合线、逆风区和VIL值〉15 kg/m2的区域基本为不稳定区域,不适宜进行飞机人工增雨作业。Based on radar data during 1980-2008,diurnal variation and annual variation of instability weather were analyzed.Radar identification index of instability weather was calculated.The results indicated that instability weather had obvious diurnal variation and annual variation;the most frequent month of instability weather among one year was June;and the most frequent time of instability weather among one day was among 11:00-20:00,therefore,it should paid special attention to the occurrence of instability weather when aircraft artificial precipitation enhancement operation was carried out at this time and in this season.Radar was used to distinguish instability weather was the best choice at present.Generally,the following regions were instability regions,namely,at the echo site with the intensity﹥35 dBz,mesocyclone,convergence line,adverse wind regions and VIL value ﹥15 kg/m2,which were not suitable for aircraft artificial precipitation enhancement operation.
